Reusser Design is looking for a talented and experienced web developer to join our team. This position requires a masterful ability to code flawless, efficient, accessible, standards-compliant front-end interfaces for web sites, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & assist in the development of high performance, highly scalable web sites and web applications
  • Be involved in all aspects of development — playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment
  • Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions
  • Be self motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a rapid development environment

Experience

  • Expert in PHP, MySQL, Javascript/jQuery, XHTML, AJAX
  • Experience with CodeIgnitor Framework (or strong desire to learn)
  • Extensive knowledge of LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) based development and server management
  • Experience working and managing Source Control (e.g. Subversion, Git)
    Must have at least 3+ years of professional web development experience

Skills

  • Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
  • Strong understanding of basic web skills (HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript)
  • Good communications skills and organization skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new applications/processes/environments
